Do you have cancellation policy?
We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services, we appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of appoiment.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, please let us know the type of service you are trying to purchase and type/length of hair and we will give you an estimate so that you can purchase the Gift Certificate that you need. Please call for more details, (512)494-5560.
Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, as long as it is a shampoo for color care. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?
Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%.
Do you have discounts for kids and senior citizens (65+)?
Yes, on Tuesdays, Senior Citizens get $12 haircuts and children under 12 years old are always $12.00 per haircut.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We understand Austin has crazy traffic hours, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the service with the stylist you reserved, but please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
Do you have a service guarantee policy?
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will try our best to meet your expectations.
Do hair models have to pay for their services?
Yes, but it is not the full price.
Are salon customers eligible to be hair models?
Not at the time, but we will let you know if the policy is updated in the future.
Are children allowed?
Yes, just please keep into consideration that we are not responsible for accidents and if something is broken, the guardian is responsible.
What happens if I just graduated from cosmetology school, but I want to work with you?
We can hire you, depending on your skills. It is better if we discuss this by phone or in person, visit us for further details.
Can I rent a chair in Yoli’s Hair Salon?
Yes, but you would have to follow our service guidelines, give us a call and we can further discuss by phone or in person.
Do you have Early Appointments or Late Appointments?
Yes, for an additional cost of $30 we can accommodate to your schedule.
